Designland Corporation is a Nevada Corporation registered on the Island Territory of Guam. The company was incorporated in 2004 when a group of individuals agreed to team up with their respective fields of expertise to service the engineering design market. Benjamin L. Torrella, PE(Nevada) and SE (Utah), who has over 30 years of engineering experience, handles most of the engineering and management aspects in the company along with other equally qualified personnel and affiliates namely Joiner Lagpacan PE, Dave Mckee AIA, & Jerrod Ratcliffe. These individuals, when pooled together, become a valuable and complete resource which serves as the company’s foundation in providing varied Engineering, Architectural Design and Construction services.
Our Sr. Project Managers, have in excess of twenty years experience on all levels of the civil construction trade and among our most valuable personnel. They easily recognize issues and problems and are very proactive in providing solutions.
